Landscape, whether urban or rural, has always been a space inhabited and cultivated by people – unlike the wild, uninhabited and uninhabitable area. With the loss of wilderness the landscape became banal to us, it became obvious and overlooked. We still can revive the landscape, awake it to a new story. Often just a simple human touch is enough. Minor works are created as a social, structural and technological experiment, from the joy of creating, and they enrich a particular place and community. For Opava we created a pavilion with an exhibition of Czech journey landscape architecture – a rotunda in the city park on the empty area after a Gottwald monument.
