In a place that has a similar potential for Žižkov as the High Line for New York, in 2018 a new pedestrian connection of previously separated parts of the city was realized as part of LF Prague 2018. The wooden staircase in the public space between Karlín (Karlín barracks, Florenc), Žižkov (Husitská street, Seifertova street) and Vítkov hill (recreational cycle path) draws attention to the unused potential of the abandoned space, the so-called "new wilderness" in the central area of the city. In the years 2021–2024, a complete reconstruction took place.
